We’re growing again! Our fifth Gravitate Coworking location is on the way for early 2022—Gravitate East Village (yeah!).
You can find us at 505 East Grand Avenue, Suite 200. That building might look familiar to you as it is also home of the flagship RAYGUN store. Gravitate will occupy the entire second floor of the building, with more than 10,000 sqft of community and workspace!
Each of our locations has their own unique features, and this space is no different with over 20 private office suites with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing views of both East Grand and East Fifth St. We also have an outdoor patio—which will be a lot of fun during East Village events and festivals—and are working on some other original amenities like implementing our first podcast studio on-site.
Like every Gravitate location, the East Village space will feature floating desk workspaces, dedicated desk workspaces, community spaces for our members to gather, conference rooms of various sizes for meetings and small events, mailbox services, coffee, tea, beer, and an on-site notary!
Our company has been interested in the East Village for years, but never quite found the right place until 505 E. Grand became available. We’re delighted to be in the heart of the East Village neighborhood, to be in good company with some other exciting small businesses in our building—RAYGUN, Daisy Chain Coffee, Purveyor and Storyhouse Bookpub—and to be able to welcome more members into our coworking community very soon!
